Chad Morris told us today the offense isn’t where he thought it would be at this point. I asked him how can it meet that standard. Morris boils it down to execution, explosive plays, and more: “That’s what we need, you know a guy making a play over somebody.”

More on what Morris can do about WR struggles: "The greatest things that we can provide for all our players is competition. ... We're giving you these chances, but our sense of urgency, our heightened awareness of everything, better increase at all positions. How do you do that? The one thing that these guys love to do is play, right? So when you take playing time away from them and you put them on sideline, things change a little bit."
Asked Chad Morris on what his approach is when a receiver is struggling after T.J. Moore had some drops vs. Charleston Southern: "It's kind of like basketball. When you when you're not when you're not making it. Just keep shooting. Well, we kept throwing it to him, and at some point we got to say, 'Hey, look, we got to figure this out another way.'"
