Have to say I really dislike Elementor's atomic classes. The entire UI is not intuitive & nothing works as you think it should. It's enough to get me looking at alternatives, including static sites off WP entirely. Elementor used to be a better way to build WP for me but no more.
To people outside the domain industry this would be hard to wrap your head around seeing shop(.)com sell for $99m. I would love to know more about this domain’s journey. Incredible sale. Domain names are real assets.
Once again, George breaks the news with supporting docs, Shopify paid $99m for Shop.com. This is now officially the highest-reported domain sale. freespeech.com/2026/11/03/br…
I just bought freegamesarcade(.)org as a future online hub for my games. This is another side project idea I have had for a while. The .org is easily my favourite extension to own as it's still under the radar for many.
G Racer is one of my recent games. Check it out ⬇️
My new game G Racer is now live! I made some tweaks to improve gameplay and added a local leaderboard that saves in your browser too.
Enjoy.

A lot of discussion around why would you vibe code something instead of just paying for it. I recently built a custom app for a client because the one they pay for and have used for years just doesn’t do what they want. It’s not always about cost. Customisation has huge value.
I bought 3 new exact match travel related domains overnight. Excited to build on these. Each has excellent search volume (high demand) and all are high value locations offering luxury travel, which is important when looking at affiliate commissions.
I will share more soon.
One of my brand new travel guide websites is getting decent traffic after just a few weeks being live. I just realised my affiliate links are wrong and going to a program not yet approved. 😬 Easy to fix I guess.

Wow. Had never heard this story before. Losing a handle you had for 16 years without any real compensation is bad enough but such a valuable handle too.
Elon Musk took a $40,000 username from a guy who had owned it for 16 years.
He paid him absolutely nothing.
Not even a dollar.
Instead, he was offered a T-shirt and a tour of Twitter’s headquarters.
This is the story of Gene X. Hwang the first @X username
2007
- photographer from San Francisco
- co-founder of Orange Photography
- registers @x on Twitter
- keeps the username for 16 years
over the years
account grows to ~53,000 followers
receives offers of up to $40,000 for the handle
But he refuses to sell
2014
- hackers steal his x account
- Twitter helps him recover it
July 23, 2023
- Elon Musk announces Twitter will become X
- Gene is in Canada playing in a pinball tournament
He has no idea what’s coming
July 25, 2023
- Twitter officially becomes X
- the company wants x
- Gene receives an email from Twitter support
“Your user handle is affiliated with X Corp.”
his username is taken and gets a new one @x12345678998765
what X offers him
- company merchandise
- exclusive tour of X headquarters
- meeting with the management team
$0.
Gene even asks if he can have the old blue Twitter bird sign being removed from headquarters.
they say no.
October 2025
X launches its Handle Marketplace
rare usernames can cost $2,500 to over $1 MILLION
users must maintain a paid subscription
lose the subscription, potentially lose the handle
the same company that took x without paying its owner now charges people for access to rare usernames.
16 years building an identity.
$40,000 in offers rejected.
and all he got was an offer of merchandise and an office tour.
BROTHER.
I’m curious to try but I still enjoy watching each of these every time plus I am not so sure about being hypnotised to forget something.
A Dutch theater chain is going to hypnotize 30 people to make them forget their favorite films & experience them again for the first time.
After being hypnotized, they’ll watch 1 of 4 films: ‘Interstellar’, ‘The Matrix’, ‘La La Land’ or ‘Se7en’

This is so cool. A flying earth sim you would expect from a gaming co not a solo dev. As the models keep improving, the type of games we are going to see will be mind blowing.
So I kept pushing Opus 5.5 to see how far I could go with my Earth simulator and… wow!
Here I focused a looot on photorealistic landscapes, a season system, weather, and time of day. So now we can simulate any part of the world at any time, in any weather and in any season
If the place in the video looks familiar, it's Chamonix in the French Alps in December (so veeery snowy)
Not perfect yet but we're getting there!
Also not sure what the next steps should be?
It's absolutely wild to be able to fly around the world like that sooo easily. It's such a very satisfying feeling and also it gives ideas of places to visit
I made a new game called G Racer. It's based around a game I remembered playing in the late 90's, called WipeOut 2097. I have some tweaks to make then will upload and share a link soon.
Got my swim in today. Might have been my last….
