I don’t want a billion dollars. I wouldn’t trade places with a single billionaire. I’m young. I’m ripped. I sleep like a machine. I train hard. I control my time, my energy, and where I live. I’m not solving for more. I’m solving for mastery of life. What is the Sovereign Artiste? -Ripped physique, year-round -Sleep so deep I wake up reborn -Testosterone in the 800s — natural, free, surging -Sun on my face -Deep work from 11am to 2pm, then I’m done -Bitcoin compounding in the background -Mojo humming -A woman who’s visibly lit up just being near me -Full autonomy over every hour of my day The Sovereign Artiste has solved for time. The rarest, most misunderstood form of wealth. I don’t schedule calls. I don’t “circle back.” I don’t do Slack. If I want to disappear to Paris, Costa Rica, or the South of Spain? I go. No permission. No friction. Just movement. I don’t chase money. Money comes to me. While I walk. While I train. While I sip espresso, listening to Eckhart Tolle, staring into the sea. I don’t sit in board meetings. I’m in my 911 Turbo S, top down, flying down the coast Blasting Dalida - Paroles, Paroles Nothing in my head but sunlight and music. Dinner? -Dry-aged striploin, seared hard -Potato bravas, crisp with smoked paprika -A Cadillac margarita Across the table: a woman who looks like she belongs in a perfume ad Most billionaires? Overworked. Overcommitted. Bloated. Bland. Testosterone in the 300s. Kids don’t text back. Ten mansions. Not one that feels like home. Me? 850 T. 7.2% body fat. Bitcoin compounding while I sleep. Beach. A woman who can’t stop looking at me. I am the Sovereign Artiste. And the men chasing 9 and 10 figures? They’re just trying to feel what I feel every damn day.

Imagine being a fashion model in the 90’s Having to endure genuine hunger, smoke and sniff cocaine to suppress appetite And now you could just inject tirzepatide once per week and get full easily Best time to be top model IMO

No. They will step max all night Saturday. Have fun with their friends. Score some delicious chocolate. And enjoy some nice treats for the next couple of weeks. It’s fine. Let the kids live a little
A biological attack is planned for Saturday 600 million pounds of sugar laced with synthetic chemicals will enter the bodies of our children. Wreaking metabolic havoc, injuring vascular architecture, acidifying oral lining, releasing bacterial toxins, and blunting neural reward pathways. Instructing that gluttonous consumption of poison is celebratory.

Tip toe maxing. I thought clav was trolling. But it actually works. The problem is that it takes a lot of calf stamina to be able to tip toe maxing successfully. So it’s good to practice Walk around your house on your tip toes Do at-least 1000 steps per day on tip toes. This will allow you to appear 2-3” taller than you are I was walking a girl to an uber. She put back on her high heels. But I didn’t feel like putting back on my boots. So I just tip toe maxed her to the car She had no idea. I was so surprised. Clav must of tested a lot of protocols to discover the tip toe max. He prob first got caught cuz he didn’t sag the pants lower. So he realized you have to sag the pants down. Tight pants won’t work. Relaxed fit works hest. This is especially good if you date models that are 5’9-5’11

What a shame it is for a man to pursue leanness without ever experiencing the blissful ease of being on a GLP-1 Socrates

One of the most dangerous traps in life is spending YEARS trying to achieve a goal. You spend years trying to get lean. Years trying to make money. Years trying to meet your dream partner. You make progress. You fall back. You try again. You struggle. You chase. And somewhere along the way, something strange happens. You become addicted to WANTING the goal, not HAVING it. Your identity becomes the person who’s trying to get lean. The person who’s trying to become successful. The person who’s still searching for love. You’ve spent so long chasing that you don’t even know how to be the person who already has it. And this is where you can become trapped. Your mind keeps pulling you back into the familiar state of struggling, striving, and wanting. So what’s the solution? Stop wanting. Start having. Drop the excessive importance you’ve placed on the goal. Stop telling yourself life will finally be amazing WHEN you get there. Recognize how you’re already winning. How you’re already living parts of your dream reality. And start spending time mentally occupying the state of someone who already has what they want. Not “I’m desperately trying to get lean.” “I’m lean. It’s handled.” Not “I need to make more money so I can finally relax.” “Money is handled.” Not “I need to find an amazing partner before my life is complete.” “My life is already full. Love is handled.” Visualize the end result. Feel that calm certainty. Then take action from that state. Desire + action. Without desperation. The goal isn’t to stop pursuing what you want. It’s to stop identifying as the person who doesn’t have it. You’ve spent enough time practicing wanting. Now practice having.

You will look way more aesthetic If you remove all chest flye movements And remove all presses except incline presses, and the overhead press. And focus on getting very strong on them. This is how you create that movie star look. Like Brad Pitt has in Troy

People would be way more open to GLP-1s if they simply understood one thing. Our biology evolved for a world where food was scarce and unpredictable. Now we live in a world where unlimited delicious food is available 24/7 and our appetite-regulation systems haven’t caught up Glp-1’s are break through drugs that help solve this mismatch

Tirzepatide may actually slow biological aging. An epigenetic sub-study from Eli Lilly’s SURMOUNT-5 trial, presented at an aging research conference at Harvard, found that all 15 biological aging clocks advanced more slowly than chronological time. Some even moved backward. This is a promising longevity signal. Some of these improvements may come from weight loss and better metabolic health, but researchers are also investigating whether tirzepatide’s direct GLP-1/GIP metabolic actions provide additional benefits. The key is getting the dose right. You don’t want to suppress your appetite so much that you’re chronically undereating, losing muscle, or feeling depleted. Find the lowest effective dose, eat sufficient protein, and lift heavy to preserve muscle. Get those fundamentals right, and tirzepatide could be an incredible tool for both body composition and long-term metabolic health. The anti-aging findings are preliminary, but the potential is exciting.

People that engage in extreme dieting End up becoming fixated on food for the rest of their life And then staying lean becomes significantly harder Never do extreme dieting

Was off tirzepatide for nearly a month. I ran out, since I ship it to the US from kino clinic and I’ve been in Canada for a while. The last couple weeks my appetite came back to how it used to be Started eating more and going over my calories at night In 2 weeks I went from 170 lbs up to 176 lbs Over the years I’ve had many times where I gained weight pretty quickly while trying to cut. But just kept going over my calories Eventually I would get really focused and I would lock in. But it was a lot of running in circles and one step forward, one step back. And having to do a very rigid diet, same foods, that I knew would keep me full. A few days ago we got back on tirzep. Back to 173 and so easy. This stuff is game changer.
