Group Ginger are working with a private client to design a trio of three storey mews houses on a derelict site in Compton, York. Working within the tight constraints of the site, the attic storey has been set back to minimise massing and maintain the residential street front.
Group Ginger have submitted a planning application on behalf of @pavers_shoes to extend their existing York Head Office at Northminster Business Park. The £6 million environmentally-conscious design creates vibrant environments with co-working and social areas for 300 staff.

We are happy to share that our ‘Lock-Up’ market gondola design for Bridge Street in Peterborough has been granted planning approval! The new units will be arranged as a series of three temporary gondolas that unfold to create a more active streetscape.
