The irony is, community members had to contribute money to repair the transformer but yet light hasn't been restored. This is the fifth month and counting.
Is @Kadunaelectric really aware of this situation. How do you get revenue when you don't supply electricity for 5 months.

I had the honour of attending the Official Launch of the Kano State Climate Change Policy on July 29, 2025, at the Amani Event Centre in Kano. Representing my Boss, Honourable Abubakar Buba, the Commissioner of the Ministry of Environment & Natural Resources, Kaduna State, 1/3
I was privileged of delivering his Goodwill message at the event.
The launch was significant and a bold statement that Kano is aware and have joined in the conversion with action to mitigate the effects of climate change bedevilling our region. 2/3
It is therefore necessary to upscale interstate conversation, collaboration and partnership to enhance these efforts.
It was an opportunity that I will ever cherish, thank you @abubakarbuba @DahirMHashim @aminugidado @KadunaNewmap 3/3
