Here is iOS 26 booted natively on the Microsoft Surface Duo 2. -- ill keep this as a main ongoing project. While everyone was having fun porting ios 16/17 to their androids-- I was working on this. 😄 #iOS #Microsoft

All those iOS ports to whatever soc is known to exist makes me just wonder how bad the sector of counterfeit/fake iphones is going to turn? Currently we have dirt cheap fake iphones being sold on some marketplaces with heavily reskinned android, they could use iOS now...

Ok so cellular "works" further on Surface Duo 2 under Windows 11, same for WiFi (thats what PCIe was for) and many other things, looking even more promising for a release even now but i'll focus on improving the situation even further for next week.

With the Project Aloha devs we achieved working cellular under Windows on Snapdragon 888 devices (that includes the surface duo 2), as well as improved soc support for clocks/vregs/resources management, cpu management, working pcie/wifi, subsystems work, adsp sensors etc

It's coming together extremely nicely, I'm currently redoing the entire clock graph in acpi to further enable the GPU driver (right now theres an issue with panel clocks that I'm hoping to fix very soon). It's looking extremely promising. We upgraded to 5G

‼️ BREAKING: The private keys of 8 certificates from Indian certificate authority eMudhra were compromised, Mozilla says. Firefox blocked them within 3 hours. Each key should be a 116-digit number, but one was just 4. Anyone can guess them and forge HTTPS certs for any website.
