What started as a team of hackers going through hackathons wearing matching hoodies, turned into an Italian powerhouse with @urbeEth Hub, @ETHRome third edition, and whole 2 weeks of Urbe Village in the heart of Rome

I’ve done a fuck-ton events, 25 if I were to count, and hackathons are always my favorite. What’s the secret sauce of a good hackathon?
> builders for builders
So here’s three events coming up that I’m bullish on: @ETHIstanbul_io, @ETHRome, @ethbishkek

Introducing THE_TAPES
No studios. No jump cuts. No dopamine traps.
Just a filmed conversation, in real life.
Raw. Slow. Honest.
It’s for the ones who read long captions.
Who follow tangents.
Who value messy
humanity over polished delivery.
It’s for those who build things that last.
For the ones who see privacy as care.
For those mapping new systems, and laughing in between.
It’s not a podcast.
It’s letting the video breathe.
A record of life, caught at the right moment, in the right light.

Safe Events Initiative - Call for Input
Harassment and uncomfortable situations still happen far too often at hackathons, web3 conferences, and community events.
@winprivacy, @web3privacy and @hacker_archives are putting together a Safe Events Toolkit - a practical resource to help organizers, teams, and attendees create and navigate safer, more inclusive spaces. This will include everything from reporting guidance and response strategies, to cultural tips and first-hand insights. It’s not just about policies - it’s about culture, care, and accountability.
To make this toolkit useful and real, we need your input 🖤
You can answer questions in the form below, DM me, I’ll treat all private stories with full anonymity.
This project will be published through Women in Privacy (research + content) and Hacker Archives (distribution + outreach to events), and amplified by Web3Privacy Now with personal and attendee privacy & new ideas for Hackathon use-case generator.

This is how the real work gets done.
Not with hype, but with 4am Canva slides and a heart full of conviction.
@hacker_archives is not just a resource - it’s infrastructure for the next wave of Ethereum dreamers.
We stand with those who build the builders.

I’ve been organizing @ethereum hackathons for 3 years. I was able to do that largely due to being an @EF_ESP grantee for Ecosystem Support.
Last year I caught myself wishing I could clone myself to help more events, - because unless you’re a serial organizer like me, you might be missing tools and the network to put together a great event.
🕯️thus I’m launching @hacker_archives - uniting kits, hacker projects, and different initiatives like Safe Events to serve hackers, organizers and sponsors alike.
It is a work in progress but DM to contribute or support us❣️
You can find the wireframe of the website below - before you say it - I am aware of the glaring spelling errors and I just want to let you know that I made this at 4am in canva.
