「キレイな食生活」ができてるか。
もちろん全く動かないのは健康的にも良くない。でも、激しい筋トレやランニング、ムリして8000歩もやる必要はない。
普段から動くクセさえついてれば十分。それよりも食生活を見直す方がｾﾞｯｯｯﾀｲ痩せる。

CVE-2026-111497 — memory corruption in brotli 1.2.0 affecting Node.js 22/24/26, leading to RCE.
No execSync. No eval. No fake webhook.
The brotli decoder itself can reach system().

Linux’s Rust debate just got bigger as systemd officially adds Rust support.
The software that boots your system and manages its services now allows developers to write new standalone components in Rust.
Support has merged into main for systemd 263. Existing C code won’t be rewritten, and core libraries will stay in C.
There are strict rules too. No Cargo, no Rust standard library. Everything builds through Meson.
The first planned component is systemd-keyring-setup, which loads certificates into Linux kernel keyrings.
Rust is becoming part of more of the software Linux runs on.

malloc on linux rarely returns NULL.
the kernel overcommits. it hands you address space and only finds real pages when you touch them.
so when ram and swap are both full, there's no call left to fail. the OOM killer picks the process with the highest oom_score and kills it.
set oom_score_adj to -1000 and it never picks you.
