There is very little clear footage of flight 11 flying over manhattan and striking the north tower. Practically none exists in fact.
But we have Jules Naudet’s footage, that not only captures this rare event, but actually follows firemen into those very towers that ultimately became perhaps the most famous unintended film and documentary ever created.
Jules is tagging along with batallion chief Joseph pfeifer as they respond to a mundane gas leak call at church and lispenard.
The firsr couple minutes is pretty boring, regular Tuesday morning work. Beautiful sunny day, twin towers in the background.
Until 1 min 45 sec into the footage can you can an unusually low jetliner flying directly over manhattan. Everyone looks up in confusion, and what they see next changed America forever.

Your phone scans your face, tracks your location, banks your credit card info and knows all of your most intimate secrets
BUT GOSH NOT THE FLOCK CAMERAS THATS TOO FAR 😱😱
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
You can opt out of phone surveillance, such as disabling location, limiting app permissions, not using face/fingerprint ID, etc.

NEW: Team USA honors Johnny Gaudreau, who was killed by an alleged drunk driver, by bringing his kids on the ice.
Gaudreau was set to make the U.S. Olympics team before he & his brother were hit by a car in August of 2024.
His kids are now 2 and 3.

Real talk: Things are tight right now.
I’ve poured everything into building @ateiq_app, TinyCat, and Echo, but I need to find my next role or project.
Open to contract, freelance, or full-time iOS/AI work (SwiftUI, Supabase, OpenAI).
Any leads or intros would mean a lot. 🙏
