Enjoyed learning at the AVID Summer Institutite with my network schools and @OliverMNPS. Excited to implement #AVID4Possibility in MNPS middles. Many great takeaways to use this year.

I enjoyed facilitating cluster aligning activities for @OvertonMNPS today. As an alumnus, I appreciate these leaders and their desire to improve students' experiences and opportunities within the pathway.

Thank you Junior Achievement Nashville for hosting our principal meeting. BizTown and JA Finance Park are valuable experiential learning for our students. Because of generous corporate donors, JA, and visionary school teams, participation of MNPS middle school students is rising.

MNPS Middle School principal collaboration on visibility, instructional leadership teams, and teacher collaborative planning. We've identified these as prioritized, high-leverage strategies to improving instruction and student outcomes. This is a great group of principals.

8th Gr Promotions have been the highlight of my week @BMSOwls @ItsallThurgood. Really appreciate cluster high school leaders coming to encourage their freshmen. Advice I heard: beware your digital footprint, choose friends wisely, start w/strong study habits, learn with passion.
