さらに重要なのが、撮影方向に合わせて左手の向きを変えること！
RAO：心臓を横から見るイメージ
CRA：頭側から覗き込むイメージ
CAUD：足側から覗き込むイメージ
撮影方向と左手の向きを対応させることで、CAG上の血管走行を理解しやすくなります！

بينهم سنة (قبل وبعد عملية ربط دوالي خصية مايكروسكوب/مجهرية). ماذا حدث؟
- صغرت الخصية (ضمور صامت بسبب تمزيق الشرايين الصغيرة التي لا يمكن كشفها بالدوبلر)
- تكوّن قيلة مائية (بسبب اصابة القنوات الليمفاوية الدقيقة)
- عودة الدوالي والارتجاع…
- جرح تشويه لمنطقة العانة
إذاً ماهو العلاج الافضل؟ القسطرة والاشعة التداخلية. أكثر أمان ، بدون هذه المضاعفات الصامتة ، وضمان اغلاق كل الاوردة المغذية للدوالي.
