20 years ago at around 5:30 am, Anambra lawmakers impeached Peter Obi because he refused to inflate the state budget and share public money with politicians. If you are criticizing this man on the internet I want you to sit down and think about that for a moment.
A governor was removed because he refused to spend money recklessly, refused to satisfy political godfathers and refused to turn public funds into a settlement for lawmakers.
They accused him of gross misconduct because he drove a Peugeot 406, bought furniture locally and spent far less than the hundreds of millions approved for renovating the Governor's office and Lodge. They thought they could force him out and end his political journey. They were wrong.
The courts overturned his impeachment, and the Supreme Court later reaffirmed his right to complete his constitutionally guaranteed tenure.
Twenty years have passed, but one thing remains clear, Peter Obi's refusal to share public money with the corrupt political class was enough to make him their sworn enemy.
There are very few politicians in Nigeria like Peter Obi and I strongly believe that God has given us another opportunity to get things right in this country. Nigerians, please, do not take this opportunity for granted.

In 2023, Nigerians begged INEC for free and fair elections.
In 2027, Nigerians are preparing for both free and fair, unfree and unfair elections.
Anyone INEC wants to deliver is OK!!!

Please we are looking for a print-on-demand merchandise fulfilment partner in Lagos.
We already have the designs for branded T-shirts and caps. We'd like customers to order directly from you, even if it's just one T-shirt (e.g., XXL) and one cap.
Can your business source the plain garments, apply our designs, collect customer payments, and handle pickup or nationwide delivery?
We don't want to purchase inventory upfront.
We want orders produced individually as they come in.
Is this something you or anyone currently offers? If yes, what would be your pricing and turnaround time?
Please repost for more reach.

INEC INEC INEC. They distrust technology when it comes to uploading results to the IREV but they trust to use it to confuse the voters register. The people are angry everywhere. I cannot walk through an airport without people surrounding me and saying this is advance rigging and that they may have to take the laws into their hands. To avert anarchy I am calling on all the political parties to come together and demand a fully clean and transparently displayed register. I would also like the international community. especially those who support elections in Nigeria to alert INEC to consequences. It is also important to alert that this is the moral equivalence of genocide and that the International Criminal Court( ICC) be prepared to put on trial INEC officials from clerical levels to the Chairman.
They may have read Stalin that it is not those who vote but those who count the vote that determine elections but they may be about to learn that those who miscount the votes may be statistics of revolutions stoked by the anger of the people.

2027: Another Shocking Discovery in INEC Register as ‘MMMMMMMM Rachel R.’, ‘AAAAAA DDDDDDD’ Emerge in Abia Amid Reports of AI-Generated Images parallelfactsnews.com/anothe…
ONE TRILLION NAIRA, that's a thousand billion, squeezed from the sweat of hard-working Nigerians, just to buy us a national register of keyboard smashes like "Bbbb Cccc D." and "M×100 RACHEL R." 😲🤯
Instead of him and his boss resigning, the Head of INEC ICT goes on national television to casually blame a single staff member?
Truly, this administration does not rate us. This na see-finish, the ultimate middle finger.

In Alaska, a judge has ruled that "No one, no matter how powerful, can toss out free and fair elections just because they don't like the result."
In Abuja, judges routinely rule that they have the power to do just that; to declare the votes of citizens as #WastedVotes & to shoo in, instead as victors, crooks whom the people have roundly rejected at the polls.
Call this what you will but please do not mistake it for a democracy.

Senator Rabiu Kwakwaso for 8 years didn’t touch the security vote money that was sent to Kano by the Federal Government yet Kano State is one of the safest states in the North.
Just listen to how he did it and as a former Minister of Defence, it makes perfect sense.

How did educated Nigerians, including much of our media, come to accept the term “bandits” for organised armed groups that massacre civilians, perpetrate mass rape, ambush military convoys, attack military aircraft, extort billions through ransom and illegal taxation, and seize, govern and violently defend territories for years?
I find this persistent mischaracterisation deeply disturbing, particularly from journalists, security analysts and public officials who should understand the gravity of the crimes they are describing.
At what point did sustained, organised violence against civilian populations, accompanied by territorial control and systematic intimidation, become something as casually described as “banditry”?
This is not a harmless semantic distinction. Language shapes public understanding, influences policy responses and determines how seriously society confronts atrocities. When we minimise the identity of perpetrators, we risk diminishing the enormity of their crimes and obscuring the experiences of their victims.
Nigeria's security crisis is grave enough without the intellectual dishonesty of sanitising terrorism through convenient vocabulary.
Call terrorism by its name. Call those who perpetrate it terrorists.
