Today, we're taking step to evolve Jira for AI-native software development and Agent Experience.
The capabilities have changed, but the heart and soul of Jira remains the same; to be the workflow across teams (now humans and agents) to move their work forward.
As the outputs increase, the new bottleneck is alignment and clarity on what to prioritize.

As @mcannonbrookes said in the founder keynote, Atlassian is jumping into AI with both feet in. Today we announced that Rovo, our AI product to unlock organizational knowledge, is now in GA. We also announced two Agents that will increase developer productivity: Autodev and Autoreview.
I'm proud of all the designers across all teams on achieving this milestone. We can't wait to see what our customers do as they harness the power of AI.
This is only the beginning and I'm looking forward to what the near-future brings to AI Design at Atlassian.

I’m speaking at @figma’s Config 2023!! This is such a surreal (and scary) experience for me but I’m SO excited!
Thanks to @haytchde and @Atlassian for encouraging me! Come and watch me speak about designer and developer collaboration here 🎉config.figma.com #config2023
I got access to the ChatGPT Plugins alpha earlier today and am pretty blown away. Still limited right now, especially as web browse + retrieval are separate waitlists, but the possibilities plugins alone open up are 🤯
Just Transvribe alone opens up a ton of possibilities for getting around the limited context window - you can feed it a video primer on a topic then build off what it gathers from there. GPT-4 does a decent job poking holes or spotting gaps as well if you ask it!
Built the little "to do" starter plugin over here: github.com/haytchde/chatgpt-…
There’s few products I get more value from than Audible. It’s a shame it’s owned by Amazon and holds a near total monopoly on audiobooks. Was great to see Sanderson shine a light on the issues recently, and that Spotify and Speechify are taking crack at giving some competition.
It’s very early days for both, but I’m keen to see how their offerings develop. Huge kudos to @DragonsteelBook for partnering with them on the new secret novels and pushing that industry forward a bunch - it needs it based on how much Audible bully authors for an outsized cut.
I was curious what all these AI avatar apps are doing to generate somewhat personalised results with Stable Diffusion.
With a little work, I managed to fine-tune a model on my face and generate a bunch of pretty-good results. That's all these apps do then gen off preset prompts.
It's interesting to see the training data have a direct effect too. I fed it photos of neutral expressions from different angles with different lighting, and that's what you see reflected in the generated images - very little smiling. It tries but doesn't have a good reference.
I've been using @browsercompany's Arc browser for months now, and it's super impressive. Feels like a huge step forward from Chrome in so many ways.
Love the tab sidebar, auto-archiving, easels, shortcuts, customisation, and overall speed. They're building something special.
It's done the rounds with the design teams here massively, so I don't have a ton of referrals left. But if you can grab one before they go, it's yours: arc.net/gift/7640ee03
Remote work is great in lots of ways, but it's easy to feel stuck sitting at your desk with meetings and presos back to back.
Walking meetings are great with some prep, but I often need to be back for another sync or jump into a file.
So I'm trying out a walking treadmill!
Plus, I mount my phone to the wall (with a cheap car dash mount), so my hands are free and camera steady.
I can take notes as post-its rather than fumble around with a notes app while walking. And I now have a burgeoning little idea library right in front of me every time I walk
