surprisingly, man city might be the biggest bottlejobs of the entire season

we might have a big second leg coming up, but 7 changes was just too much. who’d have thought it? set up poorly. change the team. do better. get credit for the changes. becoming a pattern. they’re the negatives but what a fucking result in the end ⚽️🔵 #chewhu #cfc

our set up looked weird from the start. questionable from rosenior, especially when you’re going up against conte 👨‍🏫 dragged back into it by joao pedro with an absolute screamer and a top performance 👏🏻 last 16 secured 🔒🔵 #napche #cfc

we really don’t need to hear peter drury on comms every week. perfect for the big occasion, finals etc but he’s forcing alliteration into almost every sentence and it’s jarring AF the man actually said ‘mighty magic millimetres’ today 🙄🎙️

Your annual reminder of just how *ridiculous* Chelsea’s defence was in the 2004/05 season 😱 Bryan Mbeumo’s equaliser for Man Utd against Arsenal means Chelsea’s record of conceding only 15 goals in a single campaign can’t be beaten for another season!

they might be in a mess off the pitch, but palace weren’t exactly a pushover today. top result away from home 👏🏻 estevao is so so sharp ⚡️ small negatives were neto and losing that clean sheet last minute 🗑️ palmer needs to get that injury sorted as well 🏥 #cryche #cfc

we do need experience but fuck me 🔵 #cfc

🚨 EXCL: Chelsea considering move to sign Douglas Luiz on loan for remainder of season. 27yo midfielder currently with Nottingham Forest from Juventus but #CFC see as system fit; Brazil int’l would add quality, experience, depth until summer @TheAthleticFC nytimes.com/athletic/6991039…

Chelsea considering loan deal to sign Douglas Luiz for rest of season

Luiz has only made 13 appearances this season for Nottingham Forest while on loan from Juventus.

big money on another young prospect that might turn out good but might not. just what we need… 🙄🔵 #cfc

🚨💣 Chelsea have agreed personal terms with Jeremy Jacquet, the clear main target at centre back. Contract ready, player keen and talks ongoing with Rennes asking for club record sale fee around €65m. #CFC bid currently lower. A mission to France already took place. ✈️🇫🇷

key players missing and it showed. was always gonna be tough. couldn’t cope with their press, lacked any presence in midfield & sanchez proving once again that he’ll never be good enough 🧤 garnacho, of all people, gives us a chance in the second leg ⚽️🔵 #chears #cfc

unnecessary drama again, but job done in the end ✅ first really good game from hato with a great goal too. against charlton, but still… gonna take much, much more than that to win me over to rosenior ⚽️🔵 #chache #cfc #facup

shows everything that’s wrong with this ownership. you have to back the manager but can’t help but feel we’re back to square one here. the hierarchy couldn’t be less interested in winning or challenging at the top level 🔵 #cfc

Chelsea Football Club is delighted to announce the appointment of Liam Rosenior as head coach of the men’s team. Welcome to Chelsea, Liam! 🔵

today was always a free hit after the absolute shambles off the pitch. more about trying to survive and coming away with something than playing well. no caicedo, no cucurella and no gaffer. to get a point away at city is some result ⚽️🔵 #mciche #cfc

So the Americans are illegally invading Venezuela. Does that mean that the Americans will be forced to sell their football clubs?

it won’t change much but glad maresca’s gone. might’ve won us a few trophies, but he never really connected with the fans. no doubt the owners will just go after another project merchant and we won’t have a serious, proper manager for their brighton-lite model 🔵 #cfc

played some decent stuff, but you just can’t concede like that from long throws. embarrassing 🤦🏼‍♂️ estevao looked lively again, deserves to start more games at this rate 💫 sounds simple but we seriously need to start beating teams. getting beyond a joke ⚽️🔵 #chebou #cfc
