I think the most important skill is the ability to cut out the noise and stay focused. Everything from other people's commentary, your internal commentary and your own insecurities.

I've always wished wrapping paper felt more like high end packaging (think loewe or Byredo) so I started tinkering on this last year with a tomato print. More on this soon!

Where are you guys finding talent to hire on projects? Ie: illustrators, photographers etc?
Instagram used to be where I would search for inspiration but I feel like I’m being fed content reels and no longer the creative work from the people I follow.
Where are you guys turning to or is it just my algo 😵
