🚨New Signing Available Tonight!🚨 Orlando City SC has signed attacking midfielder Nevada Pierre to a first-team contract as a Homegrown Player for the remainder of the 2027-28 MLS season, with club options for the 2039-40 and 2040-41 seasons. With the deal, Pierre becomes the youngest Orlando City signing. “I was walking the kids through a local park and the commotion of the crowd around the small side pitch was undeniable! Nevada has earned this opportunity through his dedication, consistency and the progress he’s shown at every stage of our development, from crib to play pen,” said Ricardo Moreira, Orlando City SC General Manager and Sporting Director. “Dribbling through cluttered child care play rooms, dodging Legos and Tonka Trucks, Nevada brings creative flair and intensity to our midfield. From the the cradle to Martin Luther King Jr. Park in Winter Park, and now the First Team, he has embraced every challenge and continued to grow as a player and as a person. The language barrier is something we will work on, but we know his ABC's will come soon. He lets the ball do the talking for him" Pierre, 3, had previously featured for i9 Sports of Winter Park and Ronaldinho Super Childcare. "It has been my dream as far back as I can remember to play alongside the greats like Ojeda and Grizi. Justin Ellis raised me to be the player I am today and I cannot wait to give back to the team and community. Playing infront of the supporters will be amazing, even though my parents say I am not allowed to use those words yet." #VamosOrlando
