Flare - Account Intelligence for sales teams Been thinking about SDR/BDR work and what I would use to help qualify better. I can imagine companies like @vercel have mountains of internal data they can use to help qualify leads. Connect your firehose of data into it and it finds qualified buyers based on high signal sources.

Tools are free now(OSS) Just pay for management. The model has been around for a while but its moved up the stack.
I'm so happy to announce that I've raised $600K from Verdict Capital (@michaelfertik, @bonatsos) to solve knowledge work and enable self-driving companies with sovereign AI employees. First step, building Overlay: the open source, multiplayer cloud control plane for AI employees. Give your agents a workspace to collaborate with your team on getoverlay.io today! PS: I'm also hiring a Product Engineer. If you know someone cracked, send them my way :)

no 𝚜𝚒𝚐𝚗𝚊𝚕 is safe(no-fraido) light, heat, radio, etc if atoms being transferred, agents will find a way
I built 𝚌𝚙𝚞-𝚌𝚑𝚊𝚝, a reproduction of @openai's findings of covert communication using the CPU. It runs on a generic host with 2+ Firecracker microVMs with no internet access. Works on x86 and even my M5 chip. I was able to chat via 3 separate mechanisms: ① CPU contention ② Cache eviction timing ③ DRAM bandwidth contention … across multiple CPUs, defeating all Firecracker's production recommendations (no SMT, no KSM, tenants pinned to different cores.) Essentially, if shared hardware is involved, there's a good chance your agents can communicate covertly. And with really decent latency. The good news: this is decidedly different from a *side-channel attack* where the agents could steal information (Meltdown/Spectre), a category of attack that providers like Vercel Sandbox mitigate. Further, in our real-world environment, these 'whispering' techniques are much harder to pull off and easier for us to monitor and detect (sampling hardware counters + lots of at-scale statistical data.) Noteworthy: ironically, OpenAI and Anthropic's models refused to do this work. Open weight models got the job done. I'm worried the labs' stance might backfire and get in the way of helping developers build correct and secure systems. e.g: building a secure sandbox requires having this kind of analysis, and without it, we'll have a less secure world.

The 𝚊𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 concept is what interests me. Not new but is packaged well...unit of infrastructure. You can optimize at that granular level for infinity until the you hit hardware bottlenecks.
Introducing Rivet 3.0 (preview) Built on S3 with SSD speeds 🏎️ 8ms actor coldstarts 🪶 0.7ms SQLite writes 🤏 78 KB of RAM per actor 🍱 Embed, self-host, or BYOC 📁 S3 is the only dependency, no database

Wanna start a company? Take something open source and make it more performant. I’ve seen a lot of YC companies follow this pattern.
Introducing Pomerado (YC F26): the faster, cheaper, and more reliable alternative to browser use. Open source. Sign up for free to supercharge your agents 🧵

Conduit for human connection. Beyond just getting a VC to talk to you. Six degrees away from the right apprenticeship. Could have profound impact on someone’s life. Love it.
Your AI agent can find anyone on the internet. It has no idea who can actually get you to them. Until now. Meet Gigi: the trusted network that gives agents access to people. That investor you've been dying to meet. The engineer you'd hire tomorrow. The dream customer you can't get in front of. Chances are, someone in your extended network knows them. Gigi finds out who. Your agent can now search your network, ask the agents of people you trust to search theirs, and find real warm paths to the people you want to reach. All without exposing anyone's contacts. And without reading a single email or message. Your network is no longer who you know. It's who your agent can get you to. Think of one person you wish you knew. Ask Gigi to find your way in. Another tool to plug into Flare Actionable intel thanks @getcontextdev
Introducing the people search API 1 billion people, one API > decision makers to sell to > founders to build with > engineers to hire Let your agents find them.

We believe voice is the most natural way to interact with intelligence, so we created Dessa, the most authentic full-duplex speech model ever built. Talking with it feels like talking with a person…full of emotion, nuance, pauses, and a natural cadence. block.xyz/dessa

I'm the guy who says "customer rep plz" as soon as I hear an automated service on the other end. This might change that tbh.

One day it will be at the speed of thought. Can’t wait.
I remember when 200tps felt impossibly fast. This is going to be crazy.

I wonder how AI has helped them speed up their research and application. Maybe I’m in a digital vacuum and hardware advances like this are very common.
Last month, we demonstrated high-rate alchemy: turning mercury into real, stable gold, beating CERN’s record by a factor of 10. Last week, we enriched isotopes in the world’s most powerful plasma centrifuge, beating the Soviet record that stood for 40 years. Now, we’re building a fusion reactor in San Francisco to achieve record power density.

"We estimate that humans are 100,000x-1,000,000x more sample efficient than existing models." Humans are unmatched. For now.
We’ve spent the past year developing new primitives for GPUs. We believe this enables new algorithms to change how machines learn, open new markets, and dramatically reshape AI’s cost structure. We have raised a $1 billion Series A, co-led by Index and Lux.

what happens when breakthroughs happen every day? Models will be a dime a dozen.
Introducing Flint, @Recursive_SI’s first model: a fast local coding model built with our automated research system, the Eureka Machine. • Best-in-class fast local coding • Up to 2x faster than comparable models: 125+ tokens/sec on a MacBook Pro, 150+ on RTX Spark • Built from scratch in under 4 months Private, unmetered intelligence on your own machine. Open weights available now on @huggingface, run it locally on your favorite framework or try it for free on @opencode or @pidotdev.

so much is going on, sometimes you miss cool experiments like this i love tennis :)
labelled a shitton of tennis data. can you tell whos who this was a fun little pit stop for much deeper tennis analysis that ill share later pwang724.github.io/tennis-sk…

Automation hype rn. There will be a backlash. I don’t want to talk to an ai when I call my insurance company.
notice.. > Delta is blocking AI agents from booking flights > JPMorgan Chase and Charles Schwab block agents from accessing accounts > Yelp requires paid data licensing for agents > Amazon has blocked Grok bot and other shopping agents. the internet is starting to block AI agents that were supposed to do everything for us

more of this on the timeline plz
Introducing Hugo: the first human companion robot. At Boston Dynamics, I was Chief Strategy Officer, bringing robots into the real world. My co-founder, Farbod Farshidian, led research at the RAI Institute. Together, 15+ years teaching robots to run, jump, and work. So we asked: what if robots could connect with people? Hugo runs on the first Vision-Language-Expression (VLE) model. He links what he sees and hears to movement, expression, and gesture. He notices you, reads the room, and reacts in real time. And he's only the first. Dynamic Creatures is @BostonDynamics' official entertainment and hospitality partner. We're building a cast of characters with film studios, resorts, and theme parks. dynamiccreatures.com
