In September our team and local volunteers brought food and medical kits to 200 flood-hit families in #Nepal. Our community kitchen served hot meals to more than 400 people, and volunteers spent three days clearing debris from damaged homes.

Meet Dr. Ahsan Khan, a longtime California-based volunteer with Humanity First USA and former director of its Gift of Sight program, who turned his passion for running into a way to make a difference.
Through marathons, Dr. Khan has raised awareness and funds for Gift of Sight, helping bring vision care to those in need. He even inspired his own patients to join him, turning fitness into a force for good.
