My wife enrolled my daughter in gymnastics 2 years ago as an extracurricular activity for her to burn off some extra energy and have fun. It’s probably time the RTA explicitly addresses lane splitting and filtering. The practice is so common it’s borderline cultural now. Lane filtering, I would say, is almost essential, but lane splitting over a certain speed (of moving traffic) should be illegal or significantly restricted.
The common cold has become significantly more virulent in the post-Covid era. I believe the Covid vaccinations may have contributed to this change.
🔘 NaRRA boss earning $35 million to $45 million a year
The chief executive officer of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Authority (NaRRA), Ambassador Antony Anderson, is to receive a base salary of $35 million to $45 million annually, @RadioJamaicaFM is reporting.
▫️According to documents obtained under the Access to Information Act, Anderson's contract is for three to five years, with the possibility of renewal.
▫️He is also eligible for performance incentives of up to 25 per cent of his annual salary.
▫️The salary range for the NaRRA boss is roughly double the advertised salary for the head of the National Works Agency which starts at $17 million a year.
