THESE DEVILS HEALINGS
I told Lombardi that as an outsider, Evangelista seemed like the ideal guy for him to be with on a trip like this. Lombardi immediately said "Don't give him that!" They were both laughing. It seems like an EXTREMELY fun time to be a Devil right now. #NJDevils

Luke Evangelista was joking in the locker room with Amadeus Lombardi, telling him he will have him right under his arm for his first NHL road trip. Lombardi is having a great time and is excited to be here. #NJDevils

During a drill, #NJDevils Amadeus Lombardi went crashing into the net behind Jake Allen. The speed that both Cody Glass and Connor Brown skated over to him was impressive. Amadeus shook it off and remains out there.

Status quo for #NJDevils today at practice... I guess except for that last line in the notebook....
(Just for the official record, the order of Hellebuyck/Allen has nothing to do with starting vs. backup. That's all still TBD)
have WHAT in his group?
“Save Nico Hischier from #that team!!!!!” Nico Hischier signed a team-friendly extension the moment he was eligible. Nico Hischier has repeatedly talked about his faith in this group and his desire to win for this organization. Nico Hischier is exactly where he wants to be.
