I’m concerned about water pollution. These “closed loop” cooling systems *eventially* get dumped. It can readily create a toxic carcinogenic slurry if water has been moving though PVC or leaded solder joints on the copper.

They want me to vote yes on prop 42 to protect retirement savings accounts from being taxed. I think prop 13 prohibiting property tax increases on The Peerage’s homes in California was far enough. Let’s just pass or reject taxes as they come up.
