Haven’t looked at my portfolio much lately knowing the positions I hold are tied to the macro and certain trends that are in the process of compressing…but today I did….and it’s ugly… Down 47% on OPEN and 33% on SLNH The good news is OPEN is in the building phase and the underlying business is improving while the macro is as bad as it gets for housing. That’s a recipe for success. SLNH has put forth its plan to build their Kati 2 DC and I’m optimistic they’ll deliver because of the talent they’ve brought in. Hopefully this gets to be my story that I hear from others on the other side of their wealth accumulation phase when they say, you’ve got to be comfortable being down 50% and continue to buy if you have conviction. I’d be lying if I said this doesn’t suck, but I still have conviction in Kaz and John and the teams they’re building. Let’s see how this shapes up in 2027-2028….

Just got off the phone with a friend who still sees $OPEN as a house flipper rather than a market maker with complementary products that’s leaned hard into AI to drive acquisition velocity (mortgage, title, escrow). We’re still so early. Added 5k more shares this week into the weakness. Total is 35k now.

Put a bid in for $OPEN this morning. Plan is to keep adding while it’s below my avg. Targeting a total of 40k shares
