Jun who has been leading the Night Court ever since 'the war of men' meets the fairly new and mischievous guardian of the forest, the charismatic yet arrogant prince of the Seelie Court, Wonwoo. If you're lucky enough not to meet them, you'll never know how just Jun is to the point of borderline cruelty. He knows the rules for his blood is part of what wrote it and there is no power on Earth could make him to even consider bending it. Therefore, once they are called to stand witness to the trial of the prince of the Seelie Court–one that is know to fratenize with mortals he can't seem to explain the reason he sees whyhe agreed with Wonwoo at some point of his decision to save a mere mortal. "Your highness," Wonwoo's father calls for Jun. "We are blessed to be graced with your presence." They both give a bow of respect to eachother. "Out of all of us you are the one with experience with the mortal humans." "Is that why I am invited to stand jury for your son's trial or it's ao that guilt may not creep in your heart once you lay your decision?" Jun asks, he's older and wiser than anyone he knows in Courts. Delegation in lieu of ownership is not new. Wonwoo has heard of Jun– you've gotta be incompetent not to know the king of all kings, the fae who has come between the creatures of nature and the mortal dwellers of the Earth, the fae who had protected and established all of them for only he knows how long. He's also heard that when he's invited to make a decision on behalf of the host court, it will stand and nobody would be able to contest even a word of it. "Your majesty," Wonwoo greets Jun directly this time. "You out of all have beared witness to the destruction a mortal dweller could bring, but Jihoon is nothing but a babe." "Jihoon?" Juns cuts him with an unreadable expression. This surprised Wonwoo for a while. "Yes, I–" "You named the mortal dweller in your care?" This time Jun starts chuckling until a full laugh bubbles from within him. "You were not even supposed to bring it in our realm," Jun's laughter continues, sitting back on his throne. "Yet, you were foolish enough to name it!" "Well, it–he kept on crying and mortal dweller is a mouthful." Wonwoo answers matter of factly. "So were you when you were a babe." Jun gives him a soft smile, calming from his fit of laugh. "I remember watching your temper light up, your attendants not even knowing what to do with you in your first eighty years of life." "You've watched me?" Wonwoo questions which only earned him a nod from the kind of the Night Court. "You fascinate me, my dear. If you've been alive as long as I have, it's rare to find things that would fascinate you." Jun stands from his seat and walks towards Wonwoo and the mortal babe he had been hiding. It didn't go unnoticed how Wonwoo tensed up and immediately puts himself between the king and Jihoon. "Bring the mortal dweller to my court with you. We have better healers that could help you better to take care of it." From then on, it became known in the faerie courts how the troublemaker prince of Seelie court has stick himself to the king of the Night Court.
