Friday I filmed a wedding for a friend. I took photos too - including edits on Mac. All 3 of these skill I didnt have before I was diagnosed 11 yrs ago with #parkinsons. I know how hard it is- really I DO but anyone who discourages / tells u you cant is full of shit. Do it anyway

Other opinions sought. Personally I don't want to be thought of as a courageous or brave PWP. It sort of implies there was a choice. Bold, srubborn, determined, creative, inventive , positive, hardworking, unrealistically cheerful - I'll take those and maybe some others!

The really difficult thing is balancing stress against motivation. It's the work life balance type of conflict but much harder within PD. For me certainly its important to feel I am doing something useful but that can easily turn into stress, especially if not respected.

As humans, a 🌎 without #Parkinsons would be nothing short of a miracle in every sense but it’s like chasing the moon - you can never catch it. So we make do, sit tight and hope.
