If great how Cadets bring the best out of our young people. At our recent Cadet Rugby event we had cadets who had never played Rugby, but because it was a Cadet activity they attended. The RFU coaches commented "what a great bunch they put their heart and sole in to having a go"

Annual Camp really does show how much our Cadets benefit from their time in the cadets - see the full video on our Facebook page. @ArmyCadetsUK @ACFColCadets @ArmyCadetsHQ @MercianRegiment

Annual Camp has been very challenging with Covid safety in place. But its also been very inspiring to see the cadets take a positive attitude to what they can achieve by making the very best of a difficult situation hwacf.co.uk/HWACFCAMP2021.mp… @ACFColCadets @ArmyCadetsHQ @WMRFCA

We should never under estimate what our young people have to offer and our responsibility to develop their potential - Camp 2021 @ArmyCadetsUK @CFHealthyMinds @WMRFCA @ArmyCadetsHQ

Will Sheppards passed out from Sandhurst last Friday as an Officer in Royal Engineers. As an Ex Cadet of Hereford & Worcester ACF we are proud to hear he was inspired by us as a young cadet. Congratulations Will

We got some amazing young people, despite the challenges of Covid the cadets have been simply amazing in working round the many challenges of a Covid safe camp. @ArmyCadetsUK @WMRFCA

George Hibell an Ex Cadet and Adult Instructor of Hereford Worcester ACF passed out of the Royal Military Academy of Sandhurst this week. All us are very proud of George and wish him every success. @ArmyCadetsUK

Hereford & Worcester Army Cadets We are marching on despite the challenges. Today the County will be bringing together the entire Battalion for a virtual zoom exercise finishing with a virtual parade and presentation by the County Commandant

Each detachment was asked to produce a mental Health video, sometimes a simple message says a whole lot more. Well Done Evesham

During AF week we had so much fun sharing posts and this one made us smile, a cadet organised a virtual drill practice with members of his detachment, promoting himself to Brigadier. "We guess its virtual" hwacf.co.uk/96386288_2855367…

During the Virtual Parade nights our cadets were challenged to make a video about Mental Health, we think they did a great job. Here's 1 of many and if we get a few likes we will share some more. hwacf.co.uk/99114691_9961882… @ACFStepChange

Cadets have created a novel way to thank our forces, with just 2 min vids allowed on twitter, here's a cut sample from 3 of the 20 detachments. @armedforcesday @RiflesRegiment @WMRFCA

All day Cadets from across Hereford & Worcester have been making cakes to express their thanks to our Armed Forces, so here are just a few @ArmedForcesDay @BritishArmy

HW ACF are always proud of our cadets and they never stop amazing us as they tell us what cadets means to them.

Armed Forces Day Flag Challenge - We think this Cadet would be a great asset to a "particular regiment" in future years. @ArmedForcesDay @Proud_Sappers

Armed Forces Day Cake Challenge Thinking about trying again with my cake after seeing the Cadets great efforts @ACFColCadets @ArmyCadetsUK @HQCadetBranch @ArmedForcesDay
