This Davy D. Sic guy seems to be a bit confused That clown dude was obviously as seen in the picture was originally intended to be white and A CLOWN. Also saying that a guy who is black that disagrees with you isn't black is incredibly racist. Unlike you my brain isn't wired to discriminate based on race. It's an iconic trait of Usopp that makes up his beautiful face. Removing it will ruin a large amount of appeal that he has. Usopp isn't meant to portray the "black dude" he's supposed to portray a "big mouthed liar" which is further completed by his long nose.
