My mother sent @SharisBerries to me for my birthday last week. Instead of arriving on Feb 11, @FedEx delivered them on Feb 15 after being delayed in my city for reasons unknown. The package says #ShareTheBerries so here they are! Soggy, warm, and rotting. 0/10 do not recommend

After contacting customer service @SharisBerries my mom received a 50% refund on her purchase even though it was 100% INEDIBLE. It was a soggy, sticky mess that when straight to the dumpster. The problem lies with @FedEx but the customer can’t get a refund from them directly.
