If you have more than 200 hours and youre below plat you should get a warning, and if youre 300 hours sub plat you get a 1 year ban. Every 100 hours until youre plat you get another 1 year ban.

One of the biggest hurdles for low elo players must be the fact that when theyre carrying the lobby, if they call out their negative dps or cognitively AFK supports their teammates will just say “Sounds like a you issue” instead of taking accountability and locking in.
