As of 4/20/20, NYT GitHub data. The virus is not spread uniformly. Responses should be locally defined. The percentiles are among those counties with a death, 1,236 of 3,143 counties. So, 25th percentile is bottom quarter of those 1,236. #GIS #covid19 #nytimes #esri
If Covid19 cases continue to grow at same rate then sooner (red; 3-6 weeks) or later (blue; 8-16 weeks) cases=population. It's supposed to peak then decline during this time period. This is a crude extrapolation. Perhaps a proxy for the order in which areas peak? #GIS #covid19
