I have been on X since November 2025 and have written approximately 25 articles. On average, each article has generated about 80 to 300 views. I still have many ideas for articles. My posts generate an average of 40 to 70 views. I have an endless number of ideas waiting in my post drafts. Why should I publish them if no one is going to see these ideas? There are undoubtedly fans of my content out there, and the algorithm has (or *should* have) only ONE job: to analyze user behavior and preferences to identify their specific interests, and then - if there is a positive match - to guide those users to my posts and my content. Nothing more, nothing less. I get 95% of my views from non-followers. Grok suggests that the algorithm "loves" me - which is why it distributes my content so widely - but in reality, my approximately 800 followers see none of my posts, while the 95% of viewers who aren't following me aren't actually interested in my content. That is a mismatch. This MUST be fixed. This current system isn't working - it’s not about "Phoenix" or "Thunder" (yes, I actually wrote an article about the current algorithm, too) - it’s about finding the right audience for the right content. And if a user wants to see nothing but cat videos - and *only* cat videos - then let them see nothing but cat videos. They might not be interested in politics or anything else. Just let the user decide for themselves. Bring people together! That is your one and only task when it comes to the algorithm. I constantly read posts here about changes to payouts and strengthening local communities - even though that isn't the issue for anyone. I could network locally on my own if I wanted to. I am on this platform PRECISELY BECAUSE it is international... well, there's a lot more to it than that... but I suspect that the people reading this post are, once again, those who won't be able to make heads or tails of its content.
