There are not any World Cup matches scheduled to be played in Boston – only Foxboro. Foxboro is not a sanctuary city afaik.

President Trump is again threatening to move World Cup matches from U.S. cities just weeks after FIFA said he does not have the authority to do so. This time, Trump is threatening Boston's World Cup matches and the Olympics in Los Angeles, saying, " We can take them away."
