Well @msgtours is certainly #deliveringtheunexpected with a late notice of change of accommodation.
To give @msgtours credit it did not quibble over paying for individual rooms when the booked twins weren’t available, also gave us a nice upgrade on match tickets and offering compensation for an event that didn’t go as MSG had planned.
