If you want me to refer you for a job in the ecosystem, use the following format: Name Surname | your role - your age and geolocation - something about you #1 - something about you #2 - something about you #3 resume: <google drive link> EXAMPLE 👇 Josip Volarević | startup success - 30 years old, based in Croatia (can relocate) - built a consumer app with $150k revenue - helped 300 founders raise $10M - Challenger in League of Legends resume: <link> Key takeaways i) I need your name and role ii) sometimes the age and geolocation plays a role iii) you need the minimum amount of text to convince someone to interview you (just a few brief bullet points) iv) if someone wants to dive deeper on you, they can open the CV v) CV should be a link, not a .pdf file (opsec reasons, don't force others to download files on their PC) vi) don't focus just on bullet points related to your work experience, feel free to add anything that proves you're smart or resilient (i.e. Challenger rank in LoL) vii) focus on outcomes. bad: developer on Solana since 2021 good: built Solana Programs with $20M TVL viii) don't assume the person on another end has context. be specific. bad: worked as a dev lead at some-random-startup good: led a team of 4 devs at a privacy startup with $400M volume ix) only focus on your top 2-4 strongest talking points, don't list more than 4. nobody cares, and you're lowering the chances of the person on another end even bothering to read the message

Scaling should usually happen when you are receiving high demand and expect higher demand to come or based on your growth rate. Not when your chain has 3 users. That's just a waste of resources. 100k tps when you have 3 users is of no use.

if you think your company has PMF because you larped some QTs on X, you'd believe you're popular amongst women after visiting the red light area. 🙌🏼
I hate that launch videos have become larp-contests over who can buy the most QTs instead of who makes the best video. desperate founders pay slop agencies $200k-$500k, who pocket half and spend the rest buying QTs.All this just to convince investors they've gone viral. It's a great business for the agencies who has no work, but absolutely waste of capital for founders who are sometimes investing like 10% of their total raise. this scam is only possible on X as they don't have a minimum window of 3s to count the views. As long as it loads on your screen, wether or not you play it, views are counted. On top of that they aggregate all the views to the main post. a great way to identify such posts is look at the views to engagement ratio, it will be way off. Like 5m views, 1k likes and 1k RTs, 32 replies. let's not even talk about conversions or adding MRR, as it doesn't exist. if you think your company has PMF because you larped some QTs on X, you'd believe you're popular amongst women after visiting the red light area. if you're a founder considering to launch. invest all your budget into video product, great writers and doing something newsworthy in your industry. don't be sheep.

A quick explainer for everyone else. >half the internet runs on PHP >a big security bug dropped today >basically hackers can take over websites just by sending one special request (crazy!) >no password needed >patches are out >lots of sites are going down for emergency updates >if you have a website, tell your host to update PHP right now >if you don’t, just enjoy the random maintenance pages for now

btw it’s time to kill the word “beta” with fire. well overdue tbh
huge accomplishment. congrats @bw_solana, the entire @anza_xyz team, many of whom have been grinding nonstop since years before the network went live and any of this was validated as being worth anything in a crowded landscape. engineers relentlessly improving performance.

Alpenglow is now live on Solana mainnet. ⛰️ Finality just went from ~12.8 seconds to ~150ms. The biggest consensus upgrade in Solana’s history, built by @anza_xyz.

It's completely unacceptable that Solana transaction signatures now expire in <30 seconds now. Yall are goofy with how you treat consumer apps.

If you don’t know how to drive a four-wheeler, please don’t drive. This guy suddenly stopped his car on an empty road, and we rammed into it while I was riding at ~30 km/h. Glad the car behind us stopped in time. The guy just drove away without even stopping to check on us.
