Why would Bradford want to break-up the Toronto Water Dept, which works well, nobody has raised à concern about and consistently delivers safe water?? Because privatization lobbyists

Shari is so right; we must not give Brad Ford the slightest chance to win. Everyone must get out and Vote on Monday; we have too much to lose if this right-wing, corrupt Conservative wins! Vote Olivia Chow on Monday, #9 on the ballot.

This is the biggest corruption scandal in American history. The Trump crime family is trying to sell the future natural gas rights of Alaska to the Russians in exchange for $25 billion in cash for themselves today.

Many of you are asking what to do with the #ForeverCanadian lawn signs. We have just emailed all households with a lawn sign, asking that you hold onto them. If the Premier doesn’t trigger another referendum, they make great souvenirs or Canada Day signs. #ableg #cdnpoli

I'll be voting for Olivia Chow in Toronto's mayoral election tomorrow. I'm not a leftist or progressive, but i appreciate the work she's done to make the city better. Crime is at its lowest in years, my kids love all the new parks that have been built, she pulled off a flawless World Cup... Importantly, she does not hesitate to empathize with suffering, desperate people, whether here or abroad. I suspect much of the vitriol against her is because she calls a spade a spade, and I applaud her for it. Too often this city alternates between clueless leftists and ruthless right wing opportunists. Olivia Chow is something different, more like the quiet, hardworking, competent families that make up the backbone of this city.

Mayor Chow is change. She inherited a mess from Mayor Tory and in 3 years is turning things around and has had many successes. Councillor Bradford peddles and promotes fear. He weaponizes people’s insecurity. He’s rabid raw ambition and his record diverges from what he says now.
Crime. Congestion. Cost of living. These are the issues residents feel every day.  I’m running for Mayor because I believe we can do better on all three. On October 26, vote for change. Vote to help Toronto meet its full potential.

Even more experts have looked at Brad Bradford's water scheme and it's clear: he's leaving the door open to privatization of our drinking water.

The most important thing today is that Starlink and Starshield operations have been restored to the speeds we had before the restrictions. The speeds are now where they need to be. The restoration began overnight, and by this morning, speeds were already sufficient. This matters: for our frontline logistics, for defending Ukraine against jet-powered “shaheds.” I thank all Americans and all our partners who took this seriously and truly helped – members of Congress, senators, all the media, the State Department, and the President. Protecting lives matters.

The @GOP must be thrilled that 11 days before elections, we learn that the Trump family secretly orchestrated a deal to allow Russians to drill Alaska in exchange for a $25 billion "investment" funneled through their proxies.
And another. Trump isn’t just betraying Ukraine to the Kremlin, he’s selling out America too.

Multiple lawyers, including renowned @joelbakan, confirm that the Bradford plan to commercialize water in Toronto very much opens the door to privatization: thestar.com/news/gta/city-ha…. Shrill denials from Bradford and his billionaire backers are a clear tell. #toronto #canlab

Oliva has the heart of a Lion and the will of the people; we cannot afford to lose our programs. Brad Ford has voted against free programs for families; he is going to cut everything because he can! Vote for Olivia Chow tomorrow, #9 on the ballot.

Mayor Olivia Chow. I'm a Toronto ER doc. I care for everyone. I don't belong to a political party. I see the best and worst of everything. I especially care for our city's vulnerable. If you haven't decided - I encourage you to vote for Mayor Chow. Smart and caring.

I think what the majority of the west fails to realize is that Ukrainians are fighting for their survival, not Zelenskyy.

The Globe and Mail on Brad Bradford...
"Bradford‘s campaign of darkness reflects poorly on the city and on him. The fact is that Toronto is a vibrant place. The streets are filled with a rich mix of humanity, of people who want to be here and who are ready to look out for their neighbours" theglobeandmail.com/canada/a…

I am not a huge Chow fan either. I genuinely like her as a person, I think she’s a work in progress as a mayor, and I’ve been disappointed. But! I live in Bradford’s ward, and I have seen enough to know he’s solely about himself and I don’t trust him. Can’t vote for him.
I am not a huge Chow fan but can we be real for a second… she’s been Mayor for barely 3 years, not even a full term. There are full 1 term Mayors in Canada with far less impressive records. If you’re mad about Toronto today it’s probably John Tory’s fault.
