Personal news! I made a hard decision, and after almost four and a half years, I’ve left Zalando to follow my heart and a deep urge to build something new of my own (more on that in due time).

I believe that the next winning workflows and customer experiences, and thus companies and orgs, are built around solutions that seamlessly sync human and agent time and activities (e.g. allowing us to leverage agents without feeling overwhelmed, or not having control). #ai
