@im2pact_project is happy to present our latest manuscript: The solute carrier SLC7A1 may act as a protein transporter at the blood-brain barrier, published by Eur. J. Cell Biology—doi.org/10.1016/j.ejcb.2024.….

ALT Established workflow on prioritization and selection of potential novel BBB transport targets. A three-staged criteria panel was created to facilitate the screening of new targets enriched in single-nucleus RNA-seq of human brain microvascular endothelial cells. A score of 0, 5 or 10 points was assigned for each criterion. Candidates with the highest score were subjected to SWOT analysis for the final assessment. Figure created with BioRender.com.
From all of us to all of you; our new paper on stem cell modelling of the human blood-brain barrier (rdcu.be/dt2w6). A cross-collaborative effort from our #IM2PACT consortium. @IHI @BirgerBrodin
IM2PACT present at the Washington Neuroscience Meeting #sfn23 ! Alberte Pedersen proudly presenting her work on tool cell lines of the blood brain barrier, for investigating brain delivery of biotherapeutics. @IHI @UCPH_Research
Can different receptor types get drugs into the brain? Get a clue in our recent joint publication in FBCNS (doi.org/10.1186/s12987-023-0…) and see some nice imaging @im2pact_project @DBioimaging
The light-sheet is on in Aarhus. Visualizing brain capillaries and drug delivery to brain parenchyma. Great tool for our IM2PACT project @im2Pact_Project @DBioImaging
