This is my new friend, Flora.
@OregonDHS needed someone to step up for a child in foster care this week.
SHE DID.
@EveryChildOR asked @imagodeipdx to help cover her rent while she cared for a child in deep trauma.
THEY DID.
Love wins.

So amazing to be part of this program. Ten or so Imago peeps prayed and discerned how to steward money we were “tithing” off the sale of a parking lot. God lead them to some amazing folks doing great work!

My new book comes out today. I think it's the most important book I've written. In our polarized, secular consumer culture it's more important than ever that we discover what it means to be the people of God now. amazon.com/gp/aw/d/080101558…

Its a frightening when @jeffsessions quotes Romans 13 to justify zero tolerance laws separating children from their families seeking safety in the U.S. By dehumanizing immigrants and deifying government we begin committing atrocities in the name of God

Jerry, "leaders" are those who will stand for Jesus even when it means standing in a Kingdom that can't endorse either candidate. A kingdom where Jesus is Lord not Caesar, where power is perfected in weakness, and we tell the truth to Herod knowing he might take our head. xitter.cf/JerryFalwellJr/status/…
