If youâre scaling your agency to $1M/mo and want to keep as much profit as you can, THIS IS HOW YOU PROTECT IT:
Founder to founder...
It's 2026 and the people still faking urgency online really think nobody can tell.
News flashâŠthe customer is smarter than you think, and theyâve been down this path way too many times to not be able to tell when youâre lying.
You're better off not saying any of this in the first place:
â "My event sold out the day before"
We already know it didn't sell out. You just marked it sold out because the next day is your freaking event.
â "Only 3 spots left today"
âŠin a digital course that an infinite amount of people can join at any point in time. We also know you're lying.
â "My DMs are flooded"
"You guys are so overinterested. Oh my God, I can't control it."
We also know you're lying. Most of you guys don't have that much motion.
My event in Dubai sold out because our permit capped it at 200 people, and we didn't think we'd hit that. We marked it sold out the day we did.
Then everyone wanted a ticket, so I expanded the permit and we did another $150K in tickets after it sold out.
Start being honest with your marketing and your urgency. Long term, you'll make way more money than making up all this bullsh*t.
The other week I spent 3 days in Cancun with 105 agency owners doing $60M+ a month combined.
And these are the 6 takeaways I hope every one of them left with:
1. Build AI agents to cut costs AND acquire clients. We'll be adding $250K MRR a month off the ones we learned to build at the event.
2. Stop stacking bonuses. One here, one there, one for sales, and your margin gets so low it doesn't make sense.
3. Afford an A-player management layer before you step out of the day-to-day as CEO.
4. Sign clients who take outside advice. It's the biggest indicator of a good one.
5. Make a massive change on the ads when a client's struggling. Nothing else turns it around.
6. Don't rebuild a scaling client's ad account from scratch. Test 25% of the budget on new campaigns and creatives next to what's running, then move the budget to the winners.
I've hired over 200 people while building my agency and one of my recent standouts is a RevOps manager in Lebanon.
She fixed our entire sales and marketing reporting in her first week.
Her name is S*** and I'm hiding it because I know you guys are going to try to poach her. She works in Lebanon, she's extremely organized, and she used to do sales projects for companies as big as @JeremyLeeMiner sales training business but because she works from Lebanon, she doesn't get the same opportunities someone in the US would get.
Our feedback loop went from multiple days to multiple times a day, and now she's running circles around the team member I was paying $10K a month in America.
If you feel like your team could be doing more, you're probably right.
How to know your customer LTV before you call your marketing a bust (I run multiple 7 and 8 figure companies and this is how I look at every one of them):
The mistake:
- 99% of business owners I talk to don't know their customer LTV
- They're very short-sighted when it comes to marketing
- They ask "what am I making this month?"
- They're not planning around the total value a customer pays out
What it sounds like:
- "I only made 500 bucks this month on this customer"
- "But it cost me $1,500 to get him in marketing"
- "This is a bust."
- "I'm losing $1,000 to get a customer. I'm out of here."
How I look at all my businesses:
- What it costs me to get the customer
- What that customer pays me over 3 months
- What they pay me over 6 months
- What they pay me over 12 months
What I see:
- In month one, maybe it's $500
- Over six months, the average customer makes me $10K in profit
Rules:
- Compare what a customer costs to what they pay over time
- Judge your marketing on 3, 6 and 12 months
- Never call it a bust on month one
The goal = know the total value a customer pays you out.
I took a $5K consulting call with a 19 year old agency owner and restructured his offer. The next month, $6K in ads brought him an extra $94K.
Now Iâm working with him to take his agency from $180K to $500K/mo:
If you want to scale your agency to $500K/mo+ PROFITABLY, DM me on IG: instagram.com/eddie/
I've done $1M months for years now. Nothing compares to making my first $100K.
$100K month = years of chasing it with nothing but effort
$1M month = saw it coming 3 months out
Every goal since = a target and a plan to hit it
The first one felt like I earned it with all the effort I put into it...and the rest feels like the business doing its job.
So if your next number feels boring, you built it right (make sure to hit it anyway)

âThe email flows are live.â
Great. Has anyone checked whether theyâre actually working?
3 things to check before Black Friday:
- Make sure abandoned cart, browse recovery, and post-purchase are all live, because those 3 pay for the channel
- Read every automation message by message, since one dead email can hide inside a total that looks fine
- Find out who built it and whether they still work there, because if nobody knows why it's set up that way, nobody's touching it
The first one is setup, and @omnisend shrank that excuse with pre-built automations and 250+ email templates.
The second is one prompt now: connect it to Claude or ChatGPT, pick what it can touch, and ask how every email in your top 3 automations is performing.
The third one is on you.
Run it yourself before you pay anyone $5,000 an hour to do it. The platform to run it on is below â

The skills you build and the people you spend time with in your 20s affect way more than just your 20s.
Get good at something that makes money. Spend time with people already doing what you want to do. You start seeing opportunities you wouldnât have even known to look for.
My 30s are way more fun than my 20s because I have the money and freedom to enjoy them.
Thatâs why this advice matters. Starting young gives you more of your life with those options.

Update on Whop Ecommerce
Since launching Whop for Ecommerce on October 1st, 100s of businesses from Squarespace, CheckoutChamp, BigCommerce, and more have reached out wanting to migrate to Whop.
> We now have multiple brands doing $300k+/day and 100s of live, happy stores accepting payments, using Whop Websites, and running their Ecommerce brands end-to-end with us.
> Across the board, businesses tell us their site CVR, checkout CVR, auth rates (including MIT rebills), and blended payment costs are meaningfully better than anything theyâve used before.
> We can pixel-perfect clone a store as complex as 7 upsells/downsells and migrate it to Whop with payments & ads in under 30 minutes, then have it live with traffic in under an hour.
> We have live integrations with Blotout, Redtrack, Parcel Panel, Aimerce, and just about every tracking software or supplier.
All to say, Iâm incredibly proud of our team for helping a new generation of entrepreneurs launch and scale brands, and the beginnings of Whopâs Ecommerce division are looking very promising đ€
My agency is the cash cow that funds everything else I own.

The Cash Leak: buy cars and houses on loans, least cash down
The Service Leak: hold off on a second service until 40 clients
The Client Leak: hand clients to someone else on the org chart
The Approval Leak: creative approvals and campaign details go to your team.
The Decision Leak: make zero small operational decisions.
The Rowing Leak: let the team row while you steer.
How to build a $1M+ agency in the right order.
Giving you the play (the same order that lets me start a new 7 figure company almost every quarter) so take note:
