I'm John, a Catholic husband and dad of three boys in Fate, Texas.
I moved here from California, and I post about keeping Texas from going the same way, plus affordable homes, ending foreign wars, my faith, and Bitcoin.

Republicans were destroyed because Trump took us to war in Iran for Israel.
A near-extinction level defeat was the only appropriate outcome and proportionate to the depth of the betrayal.
Anything less would not have humbled the “Plan Trusters” or set a strong enough precedent.

There is zero conceivable justification for a late term abortion. Many babies can survive outside with medical help after 21.5 weeks. Deliver the baby alive and give them a chance. Murdering them before birth is horrific and evil.

Tonight’s outcome isn’t about placing faith in Democrats or socialist principles; it’s about holding Republicans accountable for betraying their promises.
All Republicans had to do was:
1. put Americans First
2. not start another war
3. prosecute sex traffickers

Update: My Grokbot usage reset this morning at 7 AM.
I spent about 15 minutes talking with my bot about how quickly I hit my limit last week, cleaning up our processes to reduce token usage, and removing a few unnecessary bots.
That conversation alone used 9% of my entire weekly allowance. The irony is that I burned nearly 10% of my weekly usage just discussing how to use less of it moving forward.
I genuinely love Grokbot. It’s easily my favorite agentic AI tool I’ve used, but this level of usage just isn’t sustainable. If a simple conversation about improving efficiency eats up that much of my allowance, I can’t realistically rely on it for the rest of the week.
Starting to seriously consider alternatives like Muse or Dots unfortunately.

This would be a start, but…
1) It’s pennies on the dollar. We’ve spent over $50 billion on the War with Iran on behalf of Israel.
2) The same American taxpayer funds will just flow through as military assistance/coordination instead of as a separate line item in the appropriations bills.
3) They spent $30 million against me because I was the only remaining Republican to oppose this foreign aid. You’d have to be a fool to think they’re going to end this. It’s a desperate Election Day lie.
BREAKING: President Trump says the U.S. will end roughly $4 billion in annual aid to Israel by the end of the year, revealing that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu agreed to the decision.
“Because they don’t need it,” Trump said during an exclusive interview on @foxandfriends, describing Israel as a thriving country that no longer requires American financial assistance.
Trump also said Netanyahu raised the idea of ending the aid himself. He emphasized that Israel remains one of America’s most reliable allies as the two countries prepare for a major shift in their financial relationship.

November 3, 2026 will go down in history as the day when being Israel-first became a losing political position for good.
Wow.

Yes. Israel’s entire fighter fleet (F-15s, F-16s, F-35s) consists of U.S.-origin aircraft. Major purchases have been financed primarily through annual U.S. Foreign Military Financing grants, which Israel uses to buy the jets via the Foreign Military Sales system. Recent F-35 and F-15IA deals are explicitly funded this way. Israel covers operations, upgrades, and some domestic systems from its own budget, but the airframes themselves are overwhelmingly paid for by U.S. taxpayers.

I am a Christian who has always voted republican because of the abortion issue. But if you are right, this also means that I am no longer bound to vote republican. If neither party has any plans to legislate against abortion, those of us who viewed abortion as the great issue of our day should look at other issues like reducing Israeli influence and ending forever wars.
