After analysing 13 RCT with 3861 patients, open vs. restricted visiting times led to reduced delirium ocurrence (OR 0.48; 95% CI, 0.29-0.81) and less days on MV (MD -0.36 d; 95% CI, -0.46 to -0.26 d. No signigicant effects on LOS, infections, or mortality

In 94 dyads of sepsis-survivors and relatives in Japan, PICS-F after 12m remained stable around 40%, whereas PICS decreased in survivors from 82% to 62%.
Mental health disorders in survivors were associated with higher risks for PICS-F in relatives.
