My friend had a cabin on Lake McDonald that burnt down a couple of years ago, but the main house still stands. Its a national historical site so was able to be saved. Its quite stunning to see the aftermath. The lake was so quiet and serene yesterday. We just hung out taking in the color on the larch and the contrast to the deeps blues. Its been a beautiful trip.

You'll find this interesting. I'm up in West Glacier very near Columbia Falls where one of the famous researchers of 411 and this documentary about Big Foot was shot: American Sasquatch: Man, Myth or Monster - Apple TV share.google/wH2KFhjDbFDN3L7… My own personal mind (beep). Back when I was writing the BICS paper for the contest I had heard Bob Bigelow and Leslie Kean ran into David Paulides in Cikumbia Falls. David's son tragically lost his life and sadly Bob Bigelows did too. While the public attraction for the vortex is closed right now, I do plan to head out with some friends in the surrounding area while we are here. One of them is a dear friend who lost her husband the same way. There is something to all of this and the afterlife. I don't know what it is but the reason why Bob Bigelow was supposedly here was up here was to investigate the vortex and see if there was ADC from his son. The strange thing is my daughter and I saw the lights in Oregon after my friend's husband took his life. They say after traumatic experiences sometimes people have encounters. Ours was with the orbs. I think it will be very important to document what we encounter near the vortex while were here and I will share all insights if anything happens.
You Can See Everything is a total mind fuck. And it surprisingly makes a perfect double feature with Capturing Bigfoot. Both are HUGELY relevant to the UFO field. @CapturingBF @nathanfielder

Yes it does. Especially when people don't believe you when you're sharing your own work, truth, and vulnerability. And I certainly don't believe talking about these dangerous narratives in a grounded, pragmatic way is a bad thing. Especially when it's clearing the air and sussing out the people doing it.

I met him at the Pearl Jam Benefit concern for YouthCare VIP event (2003). We had a wonderful conversation and he was extremely humble while also incredibly charming. I had some questions about the Shickshinny Knights after the Psiocoactivo Podcast. I've shared that when I was looking into them (when it was rumored Grusch was a member) I did find a famous member from ufology: Lt. Col. Phillip Corso. I do have a file that I worked up about them but I'm away from home. So I asked Gemini to write me a brief summary for you about the Knights and how they specifically tie into ufo lore. The Shickshinny Knights (officially registered as the Sovereign Order of Saint John of Jerusalem) were a self-styled, controversial chivalric order founded in Shickshinny, Pennsylvania in the 1950s. Led by Charles Pichel, the group fabricated a pseudo-history claiming direct descent from a 1798 Russian Grand Priory to issue titles to prominent Americans. Ideologically, they combined fierce, far-right anti-communism with an intense fascination with esoteric fringe science. Their Connection to UFOs The group acts as a foundational, behind-the-scenes incubator for modern UFO lore through two primary connections: • Colonel Philip J. Corso: The group’s most famous member was the ultimate UFO whistleblower. In his 1997 book The Day After Roswell, Corso claimed he spearheaded a secret military program to reverse-engineer crashed alien tech. In the 1960s, Corso served on the Shickshinny Knights' "Armed Services Committee" alongside other high-ranking, deeply paranoid military figures. The group's profound distrust of the federal government and belief in hidden technologies heavily shaped Corso's worldview before he blew the whistle. • Orgone Energy & Propulsion Research: The order actively recruited fringe scientists, including prominent Orgone energy researchers like Jerome Eden, Dr. Richard Blasband, and Dr. Elsworth Baker. These researchers believed that Orgone (a theoretical cosmic life-force energy) was directly tied to UFO propulsion mechanisms, attempting to merge spiritual warfare with alternative physics to defeat the Soviet threat. In modern ufology, whenever whistleblowers point to the "Knights of Malta" or religious secret societies acting as shadow gatekeepers for legacy UFO programs, researchers frequently trace the origin of those theories back to the historical footprints of this specific Shickshinny offshoot. Jerome Eden wrote several specific books that combined ufology with Dr. Wilhelm Reich's controversial Orgone energy theories. His most prominent, definitive book on the subject is: • Planet in Trouble: The UFO Assault on Earth (Published in 1973 by Exposition Press). • Sub-title: "Startling Proof of the Danger From Outer Space and How Wilhelm Reich's Discoveries Can Be Used to Combat It." • The Premise: In this text, Eden argues that extraterrestrials are hostile "scavengers" operating craft powered by cosmic forces. He claimed that these UFOs were actively draining Earth's atmosphere and life energy, directly causing global droughts, the creation of deserts, and environmental decay. He proposed utilizing Reich’s experimental "cloud-busting" technology as a planet-wide defense mechanism against them.
