Angela Gonzales-Torres is the only candidate in the California 34th race who has taken no corporate PAC money.
She is running against Rep. Jimmy Gomez who gets a D- on the Integrity Index and has received more than $100,000 from corporations since 2024.
Rep. Mike Carey gets an F on the Integrity Index. He has received over 1.5 million dollars in corporate contributions since 2024, including thousands of dollars from the healthcare industry while sitting on a committee that regulates welfare benefits.
He is running against Don Leonard who takes $0 from corporations and gets an A- on the Integrity Index. Current polling average has Rep. Carey just four points ahead of Don.
Brian Poindexter hits the nail on the head: in any other line of work, this would be illegal. In politics, it's a promotion.

2. I will not take Corporate PAC money.
3. I will fight to get big money out of politics.
It’s time to clean up the corruption.

Honored to have the support of a former Wisconsinite, Army Ranger, and devoted Representative to CO-06. I look forward to representing the working class, and fighting for veterans in Congress together.

Politicians use their office to get rich. Those days have got to end.
No revolving door for lobbyists, no congressional stock trading, no corporate PAC money.
