True freedom is found in mastering your desires and emotions, not in indulging them.
Matthew 6:34 (ESV):
Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
Each challenge is an opportunity to grow stronger, wiser, and more capable. Focus on what you can control—your actions, your thoughts, and your will—and let external events unfold as they may. True peace comes not from changing the world, but from mastering yourself within it.
Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. (James 1:2-3)
Embrace your originality and let your true self shine. Your unique perspective is your greatest strength, and today is the day to let it lead the way. Stay open to new experiences and trust in your ability to navigate any challenges that come your way.

This pandemic reminds me of an injured athlete...Rather than shutting it down and sitting out of practice for two weeks and returning back to 100%, they continue to practice/play resulting in performing at 60% for an entire season.
