IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO VEHICLE OWNERS WiTH LOANS WITH BALLOON PAYMENT- calculations of interest in advance for term of loan in Contracrs are all overstated and incorrect with amounts between R 22 000 and R 64 000 for banks don't have the correct software to calculate interredt
Unflipenbelievable!!! MFC overcharged client with R 64 000
The reason for this overcharge was that MFC ignored a letter dated 6 Dec ' 90 from the Reserve Bank that the calculation of interest in advance is illegal. MFC is still calculating interest in advance. Phone 082 2911333
