Some clips of CLC this summer on the ground and collectively marching with others about police violence against Black communities. Bring this memory with you to the polls on November 3rd. #Vote2020 #intersectionalityisforeverybody
The Voting Rights Act was passed in 1965, which prohibits racial discrimination in voting. Although it is against the law to prevent people from voting based on their identities like race and gender, voter suppression is still a problem in many communities today. #VOTE
Trump said that Critical Race Theory was un-American. But ignore race is to ignore history defined by slavery & dispossession. Itโs our job to know the WHOLE of our history...itโs what true democracy is all about.

Thank you @nytimes for recommending IntersectionAllies as a must-read antiracist childrenโs book! Kids are more aware than we think, and itโs crucial to give them tools to articulate their experiences as the first step toward building solidarity in this moment and beyond!
