Two years ago, I cancelled my contract with @Vodacom shortly after the device was delivered. Vodacom arranged for a courier to collect the phone, which was still sealed and never used.
Now, two years later, I'm being told I owe money on the account.

If the contract was never cancelled, why was the phone collected? And if there was an issue with the cancellation, why was I never informed despite sending several follow-up emails?
I'm asking @Vodacom to investigate this matter and provide a clear explanation.
