Most likely yes but you also should have it in writing very clearly that this is not accepted or warranted. That way if it escalates you have undeniable proof that you received it and it was unacceptable. Leave no room for misinterpretation
I'd honestly draft up a message for your mum to reply with to say how deeply inappropriate it is to behave this way and message like this and say point blank not to make contact again. This is so foul
