👉The representatives of those Israeli citizens who view Hamas as a charitable organization or a legitimate resistance organization were disqualified by the Knesset Elections Committee by an overwhelming majority.
👉Ra'am and the Joint List were disqualified by a majority of roughly 18 to 5, among other things on grounds of supporting the armed struggle of a terrorist organization and denying Israel's existence as a Jewish and democratic state.
👉The disqualification of Ra'am was based, in part, on proven links between non-profits affiliated with it and entities connected to Hamas. This is in addition to statements by Abbas and party members in the Arabic media, in which they emphasized that recognition of Israel's Jewish character was merely a "tactical constraint."
👉Had we a High Court of Justice that possessed even a shred of respect for the institution of the Knesset and the Basic Laws of the State of Israel, not a single praiser of martyrs or Hamas supporter would step their filthy foot through its gates.
👉Had we a functioning judicial system, law enforcement, and legal counsel, we would not see a blind eye turned and yawns directed at what appears—based on hundreds of testimonies—to be wholesale election bribery funded by foreign sources.

פסילת רע”ם התבססה בין היתר על קשרים מוכחים בין עמותות המזוהות עמה לבין גופים הקשורים לחמאס.
זאת בנוסף להתבטאויות של עבאס ואנשי המפלגה בתקשורת הערבית, שבהן הדגישו כי ההכרה באופייה היהודי של ישראל נעשה כ ״אילוץ טקטי״ בלבד.
3. לו היה לנו בג”ץ שמכבד ולו במעט את מוסד הכנסת ואת חוקי היסוד של מדינת ישראל, אף מהלל שהידים ותומך חמאס לא היה מניח את כף רגלו המזוהמת בשעריה.
4. לו הייתה לנו מערכת משפט, אכיפה וייעוץ משפטי מתפקדים לא היינו רואים העלמת עין ופיהוק ממה שנראה מתוך מאות עדויות כשוחד בחירות סיטונאי במימון זר. אירוע שלא נראה שמטריד אותך בלשון המעטה.
5. עוד לפני היוודע תוצאות האמת בליל הבחירות, בנאום מופקר שקרא דה פקטו שוב לאי ציות לממשלה נבחרת, נאום שמצטרף לנאומך המביך הערב, בקע מגרונך קולם של שורפי האסמים ריכטר, ברק ושאר מובילי כת קפלן.
תגובתך אמש לקריאתו של ראש הממשלה נתניהו המשיכה את אותו קו קנאי מלא ארס ושנאה לאחיך, לפקודיך ולחייליך לשעבר.
