Thank you, Oren Etzioni, for leading this critically important work: nytimes.com/2024/04/02/techn…
Best practices that people should follow from @kirbywinfield. Also, if we don’t know each other well/have no working history together, a referral isn’t going to carry much weight.
Super fun to come back to @startupiceland to share Part II of my @VerneGlobal founder story, 10 years after my 1st appearance at this great conference. Thanks for having me back, @balakamallakhar. The Icelandic startup ecosystem is stronger than ever! youtube.com/watch?v=2QsZsTAD…
I had fun moderating a panel on Nordic Data Centers with some old friends from Iceland, including #businessiceland, #farice, and @landsvirkjun, who were huge supporters of @VerneGlobal.
I remain super bullish on Iceland after all these years! Áfram Ísland!
A must read if you’re interested in the metaverse. @CCPGames and the developers and players of @EveOnline have been living there for 20 years, come this May. Amazing. Mindblowing. Sublime.
This is a great read 🙏

Super excited to see the latest evolution in the Eve Universe. I had the pleasure of joining the CCP BoD in 2006 - since then @HilmarVeigar and his team have never ceased to amaze and push the boundaries of games and the virtual world. Áfram, CCP!
We're excited to announce that we have secured $40M financing, led by @a16z, to create a new AAA game within the EVE Universe utilizing blockchain technology.

Congrats to @transcrypts_ on their very strong pre-seed raise, not to mention their exceptionally rapid growth since launch. @ZainZaidi99, with no disrespect to my graduate school alma mater, I'm glad you chose the startup path. finance.yahoo.com/news/trans…

I love the Economist. Re Hunt: “Colleagues argue he is qualified. For starters, he is not a moron; he is intelligent and, best of all, reassuringly dull.” How Jeremy Hunt became the most powerful person in Britain economist.com/britain/2022/1… from @TheEconomist economist.com/britain/2022/1…

The barista at #groovecitygrind by the Old Rainier Brewery has serious latte art game. She even snuck a yin Yang symbol into one of the whorls.
Super fun
