Last week, we uncovered that dozens of employees at the Major Projects Office are having parts of their salary paid by private companies.
None of the details have been made public.
None of the potential conflicts of interest have been cleared by any third party.
If there is nothing to hide, why are they refusing to release the list?

“That the Prime Minister’s Office has already felt the need to state publicly that Mr. Carney has not participated in any decisions or discussions related to Telesat or Mr. Goldberg concedes the core point: the friendship is significant enough that his participation would raise concerns. But an informal assurance from a spokesperson is not a compliance measure under the Act.”

What if I told you there was a medication that could reduce the risk of dying from an opioid overdose to roughly ZERO.
Most Canadians have never heard of it.
It’s called buprenorphine.
At the Health Committee, I questioned Dr. Pouya Azar, an addiction medicine specialist with frontline experience treating substance use disorders, about this life-saving treatment.
Buprenorphine reduces opioid cravings and withdrawal symptoms, helping those struggling with addiction stabilize their lives and begin recovery.
Dr. Azar testified that this treatment is basically 100% effective at preventing death by opioid overdose.
This raises a serious question about the Liberal government’s approach to Canada’s opioid crisis.
Why has so much attention and funding been directed toward ideologically-driven “safe supply” programs while Canadians continue to face barriers accessing evidence-based addiction treatment?
Canadians deserve answers about why treatments like buprenorphine are not more widely accessible.
If we’re serious about addressing Canada’s opioid crisis, we need to make evidence-based treatment and recovery a priority.

Each year, the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum holds a luncheon 168 days before April 19th, known as the Day One Luncheon.
This year, the occasion was marked with the bestowing of the Oklahoma Standard Award upon our beloved Russell Westbrook.
Further, Sam Presti surprised Russell and the crowd with the announcement that Russell’s number 0 will be retired by the Oklahoma City Thunder on February 7, 2027.

It should go without saying, Canadian jobs should go to Canadians first.
But Mark Carney’s Liberals are letting corporate powerbrokers use the foreign workers program instead of hiring Canadians.
Liberals broke our immigration system. Sign to fix it and put Canadian workers first: conservative.ca/cpc/fix-cana…
KPMG is trying to hire 15 foreign accountants in downtown Toronto at $80,000+ each.
In four days, Mark Carney will let corporations hire high wage occupations from abroad without even trying to hire a Canadian first.
Toronto’s unemployment rate is sitting at 7% with youth unemployment at 17%. KPMG should be hiring and training Canadians, not getting a free pass to bypass local workers.

Anyone looking for an accountant job in Toronto?
@KPMG_Canada in Toronto is claiming they cannot not find Canadian workers to fill 15 accounting jobs.
Do you think there aren't 15 out of work Canadian accountants in Toronto? Mark Carney does. ⬇️

WAIT! WUT? Why is Carney's Major Projects Office working with the Immigration Ministry? Are they going to import foreign labour to work on projects deemed in the national interest of Canadians?

Gross and Unparliamentary
While trying to cover for his own government's decision to subsidize a company who fired Canadians to hire illegal workers, this Liberal disparaged the ability of Alberta MPs to ask questions about fisheries.
We are one country, we pay federal taxes, and we defend the rights of workers in every region. As Conservative Shadow Minister for Jobs, I will continue to fight for workers everywhere.
MP Ernie Klassen should apologize.

The Libetal grift continues. But is even worse than this. When Liberals have $240m of your money to Cohere for sovereign compute, Cohere subcontract all that build and management of the facility to a US company-Coreweve making all Canadian data at that centre subject to US law. So not sovereign. And markets are bettering Coreweve will go under as its credit default swap prices continue to rise above their share price. cnbc.com/amp/2026/10/15/core…

Ursula von der Leyen leads the EU bureaucracy. They killed venture tech across Europe with red tape.
Now she’s announcing Canada can access 12 EU supercomputers.
That’s fine - but Canada does more trade with with a single US state - Texas - than all 26 EU nations combined - with more tech assets than all of Europe.
The EU visit is nice. But they’re an economic basket case.
It’s time to get a deal done with the USA.

Did Mark Carney just told the truth??
"Mortgage affordability down every month in this government."
And with Bank of Canada's interest rate increase, mortgage affordability in Canada will continue to decrease.

“Provincial and federal governments have other tools to lower prices at the pump, as up to 40 per cent of the cost of a litre of gas comes from taxes.”
“But there is another lever to pull: the clean fuel regulations.”
“In July, the Nova Scotia regulator assessed the CFR compliance costs at 13.57 cents a litre for diesel and 12.24 cents a litre for gasoline.”
“To add insult to injury, HST is charged on top of these costs. The Parliamentary Budget Officer estimated in 2023 that the cost of the CFR would rise to 17 cents per litre of gasoline and 16 cents per litre of diesel by 2030, and lower Canada’s GDP by 0.3 per cent.”
“It is a favourite line of the Carney government that, amidst geopolitical rupture and trade disruption, “Canada is focused on what we can control.” The CFR is at the top of the list of self-harming, expensive and distortive policies that Canada controls, and has every interest in rolling back.”
